Faithful Paths LLC

These Terms & Conditions (β€œTerms”) govern access to and use of the Faithful Paths LLC website, digital platforms, payment systems, and services. By visiting our website, submitting forms, scheduling services, or making payments, you agree to these Terms in full.

Faithful Paths LLC operates service divisions including Faithful Paths Tax Co, Faithful Paths Credit Co, and Faithful Paths Learning Co. These Terms apply to all services provided under these names.

1. Scope of Services

Faithful Paths LLC provides professional services including tax preparation, bookkeeping, credit education and financial literacy services, educational and tutoring services, and related administrative support.

All services are limited to the agreed scope of work and are performed using information supplied by the client.

Faithful Paths LLC does not provide legal representation, financial advising, credit repair services, dispute filing, creditor communication, or guarantees of outcomes unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information

  • Submit requested documentation in a timely manner

  • Notify Faithful Paths LLC of any changes affecting services

  • Review all documents and filings for accuracy before submission

Faithful Paths LLC is not responsible for delays, errors, penalties, or outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late client-provided information.

3. Fees, Billing & Payments

Fees are disclosed prior to service and may be flat-rate, hourly, subscription-based, or milestone-based depending on the service.

Some services require payment in advance. Clients authorize Faithful Paths LLC to process payments through Square or other third-party payment processors.

Clients acknowledge that:

  • Processing fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable

  • Late or unpaid balances may result in service delays or suspension

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of services

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of professional services:

  • Fees for services rendered, initiated, or prepared are non-refundable

  • Filing fees, processing fees, and third-party costs are non-refundable

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the sole discretion of Faithful Paths LLC and in compliance with applicable law and payment processor policies.

5. Credit Education Services

Faithful Paths Credit Co provides credit education and financial literacy services only.

We do not:

  • Provide credit repair services

  • File disputes on behalf of clients

  • Contact credit bureaus or creditors

  • Guarantee credit score increases, item removals, or outcomes

Clients retain the legal right to dispute credit information independently at no cost.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Faithful Paths LLC does not guarantee:

  • Tax refunds, credits, filing outcomes, or audit results

  • Credit score increases, item removals, or dispute outcomes

  • Academic progress or educational outcomes

Results depend on individual circumstances, third-party agencies, and client participation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faithful Paths LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Faithful Paths LLC uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect client information. Clients acknowledge that electronic transmission of data carries inherent risks and agree to hold Faithful Paths LLC harmless for breaches beyond reasonable control.

9. Service Suspension & Termination

Faithful Paths LLC may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Fees are not paid as agreed

  • False, misleading, or incomplete information is provided

  • Client behavior becomes abusive, threatening, or non-cooperative

Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for services already performed.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Faithful Paths LLC directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks for services already rendered may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Account suspension

  • Recovery of costs associated with the dispute, where permitted by law

Faithful Paths LLC reserves the right to submit documentation to Square or other processors in response to disputes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Arizona courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Modifications to Terms

Faithful Paths LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
